Director Brandon Carelse brings experience in operational leadership, production management and senior safety advisory roles across engineering, manufacturing, mining and heavy industry — including work in marine and defence sectors, where compliance requirements run especially deep. That background shapes every audit, management system and risk assessment: a practical response to the real problem in front of you, not a generic template.

Brandon founded Safety Innovation Group after years spent in operational leadership, production management HSEQ Managment and senior safety advisory roles across engineering, manufacturing,construction, mining, marine, defence and heavy industry.
He’s stood on the tools, run the shift, and felt the tension every business faces between getting the job done and doing it safely — which is exactly why he started this business. Not to write paperwork for an auditor, but to build systems people actually use.
Today he works directly with businesses across Western Australia to turn safety and compliance from a box-ticking exercise into something that genuinely protects people and strengthens the way businesses operate..
